Peter Cooper Pride: Congratulations to our flag football players

Staff at Peter Cooper shared some fantastic Special Olympics flag football news: The Greater New Bedford Whalers (which includes Eric, 马太福音, 和 Dalton) went undefeated in the qualifying round in order to compete for States (to be held in November). It was a spectacular day on Sunday, October 14th at Harvard University’s Football Stadium. In the qualifying tournament, Eric put great pressure on the opposing teams’ quarterbacks while 马太福音 和 Dalton made some great catches that led to touchdowns. CONGRATULATIONS, GREATER NEW BEDFORD WHALERS, 和 best of luck at next month’s Special Olympics Massachusetts Fall Tournament!
